Groceries, flowers, household supplies, replacement items, parking fees, tolls, and other approved purchases are billed separately. Storm preparation, home watch, one-time deep cleans, and unusually large or time-sensitive requests may require a custom quote. Minimum service charges may apply.

No. Service depends on safe access, evacuation orders, storm timing, and existing scheduled demand. Earlier requests receive the best chance of being accommodated.
